VOLTS — Electrical Reference Suite v1.1.0 is provided by CORZOHUB, LLC. VOLTS is designed as a field reference and calculator app for electrical trade professionals. A VOLTS account is optional for the core calculator and reference experience.
CORZOHUB, LLC does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. VOLTS does not include behavioral advertising or advertising SDKs and does not use app data for cross-app advertising tracking.
Information stored on your device
VOLTS stores app preferences, calculator defaults, saved measurements, optional descriptions, popup-dismissal settings, Trade Q&A favorites, onboarding status, and supported offline reference files locally on your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling VOLTS removes this local information and downloaded offline files, subject to normal platform backup behavior you may have enabled with Apple or Google.
Calculator inputs and results
Calculator inputs and results are processed inside the app. VOLTS does not send calculator values to CORZOHUB, LLC for calculation. Saved calculator records remain local unless a future synchronization feature clearly states otherwise and the applicable disclosures are updated before release.
VOLTS accounts
If you choose to create a VOLTS account, CORZOHUB, LLC processes the email address, display name you provide, account identifier, email-verification status, authentication-session information, and account-security events needed to provide sign-in, recovery, verification, profile management, subscription identity, and account deletion.
Account session and technical information
When you create or use a VOLTS account, the Appwrite authentication infrastructure operated for CORZOHUB, LLC may retain session information such as a session identifier, the IP address used when the session is created, an IP-derived country, operating-system and client details, device category or model information, authentication provider information, and session timestamps. This information is used for authentication, account and session management, security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting. VOLTS does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Email verification and account messages
VOLTS may send transactional emails for account verification, password recovery, security-related account actions, and other service messages necessary to operate your account. Transactional email infrastructure may process your email address and normal delivery information such as delivery, bounce, or failure status. These account messages are not marketing subscriptions.
Subscriptions and purchases
If you use paid features, purchases are completed through Apple App Store or Google Play. VOLTS uses RevenueCat to validate purchases and synchronize subscription entitlement status across supported devices. RevenueCat may process purchase history, store receipt or purchase-token information, a RevenueCat App User ID, and limited technical information needed to operate subscription services. Before sign-in, RevenueCat may use a pseudonymous or anonymous App User ID. When you sign in, VOLTS may associate RevenueCat entitlement status with your VOLTS account identifier so subscription access can follow your account. RevenueCat purchase information is also used for subscription analytics and reporting. CORZOHUB, LLC does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Knowledge Base and Field Companion Library
VOLTS retrieves supported educational reference metadata, Trade Q&A, and companion files from infrastructure operated for CORZOHUB, LLC, including its self-hosted Appwrite services. The app also uses bundled offline reference content when a network connection is unavailable. The reference library is not used to upload your calculator inputs, saved measurements, favorites, or private notes.
Field Companion PDFs and offline downloads
Supported companion PDFs may open inside VOLTS and may be downloaded for offline field reference. Downloaded files are stored in the app storage area on your device and can be removed by clearing the applicable app data or controls.
App update checks
VOLTS may contact the applicable app store to retrieve publicly available listing or version information so the app can notify you when an update is available. Apple or Google may process normal technical request information under their own privacy policies.
Website analytics
The VOLTS website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as page visits, device or browser categories, and interactions with download or navigation links. Google may process technical identifiers and use cookies or similar browser storage under its own privacy terms. This analytics measurement applies to the VOLTS website and is separate from calculator inputs and saved work inside the VOLTS mobile app. The VOLTS mobile app does not embed Google Analytics.
Account deletion
Signed-in users can initiate permanent VOLTS account deletion from the Account screen. When a permanent deletion request is completed, CORZOHUB, LLC deletes the VOLTS account and active Appwrite account sessions and deletes the RevenueCat customer record associated with the signed-in VOLTS account identifier. Apple or Google store purchase history remains governed by the applicable store and may continue to exist under the store account. Deleting a VOLTS account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be managed through the store where they were purchased. Users who no longer have access to the app can use the VOLTS account deletion request page.
External services and links
VOLTS and its website may rely on or link to services operated by others, including Apple, Google, RevenueCat, transactional email delivery providers, and public web resources. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. VOLTS does not control third-party data practices.
Permissions and device access
VOLTS uses only the device and network access needed for app operation, local storage, supported downloads, account services, subscription status, public reference retrieval, and update checks. The features described in this version do not require access to your contacts, call history, SMS messages, microphone, precise location, or personal photo library.
Data retention and control
Local records remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall VOLTS. Account information and account-session metadata are retained while your VOLTS account and related sessions remain active and as otherwise reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Store purchase records remain subject to Apple or Google retention practices. You can initiate supported account actions from within the app or use the VOLTS web deletion request resource for assistance.
Security
VOLTS is designed to minimize data collection and keep calculator work local. Account credentials are handled through secured authentication services, and administrative credentials are not included in the mobile app. Data transmitted to account, subscription, store, and reference services is sent using secured network connections supported by those services. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children’s privacy
VOLTS is a professional trade reference tool and is not directed to children under 13. CORZOHUB, LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the features described in this version.
Professional use disclaimer
VOLTS is a reference and calculation aid. Users must verify all work against the adopted code edition, local amendments, project specifications, manufacturer instructions, and the authority having jurisdiction.
Ownership and product engineering
VOLTS is provided by CORZOHUB, LLC and engineered through APPFORGE, CORZOHUB’s product engineering studio.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when VOLTS features, services, or legal requirements change. The revised date displayed at the top identifies the current version of the policy.
